Can anyone help me?
Is there any way the Adeptus Arbites can be used officially? I looked into the Codex: DH as well as the WH and IG, but nowhere are they mentioned, not even as allies
I love the look of the miniatures (Judge Dredd) and would still like to use them; a shotgun equipped squad would be my favourite for the oncoming new cityfight games...

You could feasibly take them as Veteran Guardsmen in an =][= retinue since they're allowed to have shotguns, but it'd be the equivalent of having a top-ranking CIA/ MI5 official using fat sweaty Flying Squad coppers as his bodyguards. Aside from that there's nothing I can think of, sorry
EDIT: He's right I remember it vaguely, although I don't think it says anything about their weapons, I think they still have to have hellguns
So I could legally make an Arbites army? Yeah they won't kill anything with shotguns but how cool would that be?
It would be very cool, very themey... very exspensive.. and very useless at the same time.
Not to also mention very unfluffy if you played in a non city-fight board, as Arbites would always stay in the hive or cities I should say.. they are the police after all.... maybe go for some necromunda arbite models to be your whole army.. heh.
would be something interesting though..
Thanks for all your responses!
I just looked it up ind the Codex and I will definitely take a squad as part of my Inquisitor's Retinue.
But only in scenarios where I don't confront MEQs
But a squad with shotguns and flamers storming a house/bunker, starship/whatever is IMHO a very stylish troop choice.
The adeptus arbites have been replaced by stormies dude! sry!
I guess your right, but i think they were generally replaced by INQUISITORIAL storm troopers, of course i might be wrong.
