Could someone tell me if those are real prices? If so why are they so cheap?

They are very small!!

They are, as said, epic. Think warhammer but the models are about maybe 5% size to normal.

i'd wish people around me would play this game some times. the idea of full blown armies is pretty sweet. but since no one around me plays, i can never see it in action. anyone know if epic has a decent set of rules?
The rules are pretty good, but good luck finding players. There were a few Epic 40K players around me, but then a few years ago GW tried to revitalize the game by redoing it and naming it Epic Armageddon (after the Armageddon War). The rules changes were good, but they were drastic enough that most of the players here stopped playing. And that seems to have been the case all over too - GW's stopped pushing the game almost completely now.
If you're interested in GW's Specialist Games, Epic Armageddon is pretty good - but Battlefleet Gothic is by far the best game GW has ever made!
Oh, and don't think Epic is cheap just because you can buy a squad for the price of a single 40K-scale model - you need so many of them that it works out to be nearly as much as a 1500-2000pt 40K force.
I'm partial to Mordheim, myself....Originally Posted by mEGALOMANIAC

Those are epic scale, they are tiny, TINY and those prices are in pounds which are currently 2x the canadian dollar.

Ever thought of how cheese was found?:

``Oooohhh, give it a go!``
