I just started collectig my deamon hunter army, and i am about to face my friends death guard in a combat patrol scenario.
I put together a tiny list, but do not know if it'll be sufficint.
He patrolforce consists of 2 X 7 plauge marines and a leutenant (or whatever he is called)
My thoughs uopn my own force basically looks like this:
6 grey knights - 150 pts
6 grey knights - 150 pts.
10 storm troopers - 100 pts.
total 400 pts.
Im just not sure if theres enough punch to take down his character, and furthermore im not certain that th storm troppers wil be able to hurt the marine. Hig armour and great thoughnes.
I did consider to bring a justicar or switch around so that i could have 3 units of 5 gry knigths... I just don't know
You can give your PAGK Justicars and drop the IST down to 8 men and give two of them plasma guns. The Justicars NFW isa powerweapon and the plasma guns are S7. That comes out to 500 even.
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
This should be posted in the army list forum.
Your GK squads are illegal. As I understand it, they still have to conform to the usual rules for building a squad, and the build for any GK squad is 1 Justicar and 4-9 PAGKs. Therefore, a 150 pt squad has 5 models in it, not 6.
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.
