In the demon hunters codex there is the option to take marines "by the order of the Emperor". You can't take marines if you are taking Grey Knights, but you can with any other force.

From the point of view of long range fire power Marine squads with las cannons could be a better option than guard for Sisters- more durable and better BS.

So do you think- are we going to get them with Sisters armies, or are they going to be banned (as with GK)?

I don't have the Demonhunters Codex, but IIRC, you can take SM if you only have stormtroopers or IG, but not if you have Grey Knights. We know that Sisters will take the Grey Knight's role in Witchhunters, so I would expect that Witchhunters will be similar: no SM and Sisters, but you'll be able to take SM w/Inquisitorial Stormtroopers or IG.

    Just a guess, of course.

grey knights and space marines never fight to gether? I see ultramarine armies deploy grey knights all the time. I didn't see anything that told me otherwise in the deamon hunters book. They only said that if you where playing a Deamon hunters army, you only deploy allied space marines OR allied imperial guard, but not both. Maybe im wrong, I dont own the deamon hunters book, so I read it a long while ago.

No, obviously you can take them as allies, with their own headquarters and two troop choices, but you cannot take them as a part of your own force structure. Say I want a SM Predator for a little added firepower. I'd need to take a all of the above, not just the tank.

what would be the point of collecting sisters then if your just gonna use marines in the army? i'd say no because the sisters fill the positions of the marines and will only be able to get IG support.

If you are playing a Demonhunters army which contains Grey Knights, you cannot take other Space Marines. However, if you are playing a Space Marine army, you can take Grey Knights in it. Hence the Ultramarines with Grey Knights in their force is fine, but a Grey Knights force with Ultramarines in it is not.
