im gonna have a small GK army on the side of my IG army so should i go pure GK or Inquisition?
The Guardsmen Legions, we fight for the freedom!
start with an inquisition then work your way into a prue GK force s you get the models

I would recomend deciding on what you want first so you dont wind up with a bunch of models you dont want. I like a mix of both so assassins can be used, but its up to you. Read the codex a few times and decide what kind of strategy you want to play. Then see which units would work best for it. Good luck.
If you already have IG then an Inquisitorial force will be cheaper to begin with as you can use IG models as DH Stormtroopers and slowly add in GK models as you get the money. Personally, I love my pure GK army.
Indeed, a DH force would be the easiest to make with your current army.. but if your looking for something compleatly different from what you've been playing you should go pure GK as that is juxtaposition to what a IG army is.
As well with pure GK you can put them into your IG army as allies when you need a bit more UNF against Deamons or the like while Inquis forces wouldn't be quite so useful in that way.
If you choose pure GK just start with a GM and two squads (Buying the box sets of GKs are good to start your squads then you can fill them out with blisters)
If you go Inquis.. well get an Inquisitor Lord and a retinue for him then you can just build from there with Storm troopers.
definetely pure gk, they're an awesome army thats strong and could very much benefit IG
