I just realized that the iron halo cannot be taken by models in terminator armour!!!! when did this take effect? just in the 4th edition sm codex?
why would you anyway? you're wasting the 5+ save of the termie armour!
wouldnt artificer armour + iron halo make more sense? i think its cheaper...
Terminator armour costs 25pts, Ficer armor & Halo costs 45. You don't get an extra attack either. To do that you'd cost 60pts. It's more expensive by 35pts.
Forget Iron Halo & Termiato Armour anyway, its not legal like you said. Never worry about things which cannot be done. If we all did that the rate of injuries by trying to fly off of skyscrapers would peak in an hour.
Post your army lists in the ARMY LIST section! Not that hard!
Terminator armour is the cheapest way to get a 2+ and 5+ invulnerable save (but has drawbacks) and free T honours.
Also, I think that rule (not allowing both T armour and iron halo together) was in the 3rd ed codex as well, so its nothing new.
Thats why terminator chaplins are great value, you already have a better inv. save and you are getting a 2+ save and T. honours for next to nothing.
For artificier armour, terminator honours and iron halo you are looking at around 60 points, T armour is less than half that.
Also T armour isn't 0-1 (thats why T armour and adamantine mantle is an awesome combo).
