How does one make up for the serious lack of anti-tank material in the Raven Guard army? Especially against Tau and Eldar with their skimmer tanks. Is it best to go a squad of Speeders loaded with Multi Meltas? Take Dreadnoughts with TL Lascannons? Only fault I see using the 'Noughts is their lack of speed.
Off topic question: Veterans, how do y'all deal with Seer Councils?
You can go for landspeeder, razorbacks, a predator, devestators and maybe a dreadnought or two...you can also field melta-attackbikes or assaultmarines with meltabombs (that's not good against skimmer though)....
Plasma pistols on assault squads, missile launchers on sniper scouts, LST w/ AC/HB or MM/HF combos both work well against light to medium tanks, attack bikes or bikes with melta guns, and a land raider.

Looks like the only help you need now is with Seer Councils
The thing about seer councils is that with there 4+ re-roll ivulnerable saves they take too much firepower to take out and so dont waste any one them if you can, now what you can do is to tie them up with a drednort as they will be going straight for u as they want to soak up as much shooting from u as they can
Shooting can work but you need to force a lot of saves because of there re-rolls so use weapons with lots of shots like heavy bolters, assault cannons and even bolters can kill off a few of them a turn, close combat can aslo work as the Seer Council is hard to kill but they have no power weapons so you can tie them up all game with a assault squad.
Aslo a big Seer Council can run about 400 points or so and with that amout of points you could hit him with 2 squads of marnies, number of attacks is what you need to take them down
