Welcome to Librarium Online!
Inspired by Purifico's last chancer thread and the feeling of wanting to make some kill teams, I come to the members of LO to see what they can come up with in helping me make a kill team.
For members posting up a character the following is asked:
-Only post one character unless asked to post another one or more
-Post the equipement/wargear and weapons as well as a name and type of unit used
-Try not to break many/all of the mutable laws of making a kill team
-Post some fluff for the character being posted. (Please though, nothing more than three paragraphs of fluff.)
-The all units must be from the same entry and only one unit may have access to the armoury mutable laws may be broken but I would like it if that was kept to a minimum (as far as wargear).
-Appearence: model wise, what would they look like/what would you use to make them
-Please post the total number of points the unit is, so that I know how many points it uses in the alloted amount.
I am looking for several varient teams, so theres no limit on how many characters I want to see. Just don't post more than one for now...

Take my love, take my land, take me to where I cannot stand; I don't care I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me.

 Guardsman (Command Squad entry)
McConnolly, Corpsman of the 78th Cadian, is a cheerful chap, with a thick accent that makes him sound incredibly goofy. Though the man is often made fun of, he brings about an air of confidence and comedy that greatly raises troop morale in whatever unit he is in. Due to his great skill as a medic during battle, he was conscripted (as you will hear him calling it) for a specialised team in order to keep them alive during battle. With his trusty shotgun, Li'l Billy, and his sleek combat knife, he prepares himself to get busy.
Fluff isn't all that good, as it's a little late at night (past 2 AM here).. however, I apologise for the ability to take things from the armoury. I just think it's incredibly fun to bring in a medic with a shotgun, for some reason... maybe not the most effective thing in the world, but great to have!
I sort of picture a goofy-looking guy who brings in a cheery aspect while he treats some Guardsman's blown-off leg. His shotgun would probably be modelled a little "old," more like a trademark item than one of the newer shotguns. That, or a bigger version, maybe from the SM Scouts box? Of course, he needs a red cross on him for medic status.. I'd have to take a look at some IG stuff to see what I'd model him specifically as.
Fredarica - Assassin
Guardsman vet sargent (for a squad)
+Close combat weapon
Once a world-renowned assassin Fredarica was abal to use his devastating martial arts to break the bones and skeleton of his enemies through use of carefully aimed attacks.
After the end of his last mission he when to a bar and got wasted and started beating up anyone around him.
Unlucky for him there was Imperial Guard press gang nearby and they wasted no time in making use of his skills for the good of the guard "What the ****" "Let go of me"
Fredarica is very good at surprise attack and sniper attacks and his squad is allways the first to find the enemy and score a kill
Aslo the unit he is in has lost its last 3 commanders because of "mishaps" around the same time that Fredarica joined the unit
Just use a normal guardsmen for him but make his armour and camo jet black aslo with camo paint on his face. He sould have no helmet and instead he sould have a black bandana.
He has a Close combat weapon but try to make it a smaller assassin type weapon. Give him some kind of camo netting too as hes more of a loner then a sargent and when the battle starts he likes to work alone

FF7: ABOUT RANDOM BATTLES
Guardsman (Infantry Squad)
+ grenade launcher
Blake is a real nasty piece of work. Showing a sheer brutality on the battlefield and a total lack of care for his fellow guardsmen. This has been put down to his childhood as an orphan in hive city 667. Blake was draughted into the hives PDF but displayed a brutality and savvy for fighting that warrented greater hights. Blake has a lho stick addiction and the smell of the smoke lingers round him. He is a totaly unsociable man and doesn't care to speak much or often to the other men, except Fredarica who's orders he obeys (grudgingly).
to make this guy make the torso legs and arms of the plastic cadians. get a flamer arm and cut out the flamer but leave the handle and he strap then replace it with the grenade launcher. have the left hand down at his side. there is a straight out arm then do a hand swap with the open one. have him holding a single grenade in it. the legs should be a pair of static ones. give him the catachan head with the headband and shoting mouth (not a mohawk). Try and make a little cigarette for him from GS. His armour is yellow with brown fatigues. His headband is also yellow his skin is pale and hair is black.
Guardsmen with plasma gun.
Sunny grew up in cold wastes of Valhalla and was conscripted at a young age into the imperial guard. He was issued a plasma gun, soon becoming inceperable from what he dubbbed his, "Mini Star". The heat produced by the gun saved his life on numerous occasions, as did the gun itself. He has never had an overheat, and belives himself to be a chosen of the God of Technology because of it, though he still knows the Emperor rules all.
Apperance: Valhallan great coat with cogs and other tech symbols in adittion to an Aquilla. Plasma gun, deep tan.
In an Imperium of a million worlds, what is the death of one world in the cause of purity?
He who allows the alien to live,
shares its crime of existence.
I would really like to design a character for this but since it has to be legal and I don't know the rules for imperial guard kill teams, are there any online places for them or are the rules easy enough I could make a standard, not very fancy guardsman without really knowing specialized rules?

Second of all, the rules are pretty easy like that.
Just post what you have in mind and we'll be sure to let you know if it's legal or not, and how to correct it!
Specialist Kamanchi Rodrequez (special wep sq)
im unsure as how much this would cost (as im at school, with no rule books/codei[plural of codex] to go by) and i think i may break 1 mutable law (sniper rife HW)

Kurtis Von Uhurt Kur-tis Vahn Oo-hurt
[EDIT: Forgot to even describe him, I'm that retarded] Kurtis is a slightly smaller man than the normal, but is built stout. He is a natural leader, but even more a soldier. His former army, the Karrion 134th Legion spit him out after he got in a brawl with a high ranking officer. Exiled, he joined the next guard, a kill team. Perfect for Kurtis.
Kurtis goes into battle carrying a flamer.
Any bits you can make him with, I do not care. But simply blond hair. Gah, I'm so sorry for not thinking. I don't know the point value because IG codex is not here.
Sorry, as there are scenarios and examples and such for tyranid kill teams and such on the GW website, I thought that the kill teams may actually have their rules posted in an online chapter approved or something. My friend is borrowing my rulebook and I never bought any white dwarf so I didn't really know or had the ability to check where it was.Originally Posted by Lost Nemesis
Guardsman [infantry squad]
Phyre was born on a agricultural world but was conscipted into service after the 3rd tyranid hive fleet caused a severe lacking of guard troops in the resitant guard. Although he knew nothing of war and his close combat skills were bad enough that he had to train for years to reach the minimum guard status, he immediately took to the melta gun. Phyre always figured that if he didn't have brawn, atleast he could melt a hole though a tank.
