do ordinance weapons always use the large blast marker? are all sniper rifles pinning? are all meltaguns considered melta? i only ask because in the rulebook under ordinance weapons it says place the large marker but some weapons specifically state the use of it. i ask about our rifles because i saw someone say they were but it doesnt say they are, and it also doesnt say that our meltaguns are melta. thanks.
Beer, Pipes, and Guns... Dwarves had the right idea.
Quite simple...the rules..are the rules...Meltaguns...are meltaguns...etc...

All eapons which have melta in the final column (ie after the firing style and number of shots) are melta weapons. Whether "melta" is part of the name makes no difference either way.
All Ordnance weapons use the Large blast marker unless specificall stated otherwise (I think Leman Russ Siege shells are an example of ordnance which uses the small blast marker), but not all weapons which use the large blast marker are ordnance.

These sound a lot like questions that could be answered by, uhh... Oh yeah, reading the rules! Now if you have the codex you could word for word and page number the rules in question. By PM of course.
