i'm a black templar player (hence the name) and i was thinking about buying a second LRC for my army. So far i have had really good results with it. i was just wondering if anyone has done it before, and how (un)successful it was. What where the effects of having two LRC? Do most people have enough fire power to destory them? etc.
first how many points are we talking about here?
Ok then, one more Land Raider Crusader really cant hurt, since you can afford the point cost. Those things are REALLY tough. Remember to take Blessed Hull against Eldar or DE!
Are you transporting Terminators or just non-terminatos inside? (just asking)
One of them has 7 termis and a chap, and the others only 9 marines and a EC at the moment. im thinking about making it a 14 crusader squad later.Originally Posted by bloodwithin
i'm about to do a tournament at my local game center soon. its going to be 1500 pts and theres only two tau players right now. i am still toying with the idea of having two LRCs. last time we did a tournament my LRC only died a couple of times. plus the effect of just seeing two LRCs on the board would just freak out some of the players .
It would be a bad idea if there are army composition scores. I think it might work well. It is a pretty hard to take out the buggars if you dont play tau (like me hehe) Or something similair.Necrons though wouldnt be kewl to play gainst with LoL, always glance on 6's.
