Hey all. Just wondering if anyone uses or has used GKT in a BA army (or any other army for that matter)? If so, were they worth the points? I've been thinking of using some for battles against CSM. Thanks.
While I don't have an answer to your questions, I would just like to put my voice in to say I'd like to hear the answers, as well! My buddy has some Grey Knights that I've used in a Kill-team or so and they were pretty cool, though rather expensive. So it'd be nice to see the views of a GK player.
Anxiously awaiting the replies . . .

Against Chaos, yes, they are worth the points. Their special rules are killer (in my opinion..I know many people that have been disappointed though).
Their price cost however is ridiculous. If you're tight on cash, don't bother with the terminators. A full squad of PAGK's works just as well, and ten PAGKs costs about the same as a box of GKTs.
I'd just go with pure blood angels. They're too expensive in an already expensive army, that and they can't help you get a larger death company.

i thik it is a good idea. it gives you the chance to field some nasty termies and not loose them to DC because of the point cost. not to mention you can field you BA chaplain and a nasty inquisitor with some kick arse retinue.
Just take a couple of normal GK sqauds instead of the Termies.
Take a cheap-o inquisitor lord and use his influence to get an Eversor (suits BA).
*hands a 5c coin* got change?
Post your army lists in the ARMY LIST section! Not that hard!
My point exactly! Everyone complains about losing an expensive model (like a BA termie) to DC. This would be a solution. BTW, have any of you ever seen the Daemonhunters Codex? They have alot of hella cool stuff and abilities. Actually thinking of using them as a second army. Guess I like it when the odds are against me, lol. Anyway, Reflex hit the nail on the head. Now, if BA termies who went DC could take a pwr fist or pwr swd, that would be entirely different. Just my thoughts. Thanks to all.Originally Posted by Reflex
