I am thinking of some fluff army name for my grenadier battalion, yet I am having a lot of trouble thinking of something cool. I would like to use some abreviations so, just like in F.E.A.R (First encounter assault recon) but since I dont want to steal some one else''s idea, I want to come up with my own. Wasnt too succesfull so I am asking for opinions. My best idea so far is T.R.A.T (Tactical Reconaisance Assault Teams)
I am trying to fit the word "and" in between "reconaisance" and "assault" somehow, without altering abreviations
Do connectors like "and" have to have their own letter in the abreviation of the force, or only the main words???
You could call your boys
the XX GRABs
ie 30th Grenadier Recon and Assault Batallion
C.A.T (counter Assault Team.)
The 23rd Grenadier RARF (Rapid assault and reconnaissance force)

"Hey sarge, this lasgun is heavy. I wish we had something lighter."
FF7: ABOUT RANDOM BATTLES
T.A.G (Tactical Assault Group). mine is the 42nd navidian elite guard
Where there's a will there's a weapon
Why not SADP (Special Assault and Destroying Platoon)
Fast Response Assault Group, or maybe First Response Assault Grenadiers, or some combination of the two
So you could have something like the 45th Air-Mobile FRAG, or you'd be Armored FRAG if you're using chimeras
707 Travalonian Armored Brigade
If the tanks succeed, then victory follows.
Mine is I.R.A.T.A.G
Imperial Rapid Assault Tanks and Grenadiers
