First off, the wording in the DH book is a little unclear. If I buy psybolts for, say, my Justicar, do the bonuses apply to the whole unit?
Second, does anyone actually use them? ie, is their cost worth the benefits?
I use them for my Inquisitors and I think they are worth it in that sense, as well if you were going up against any army that relies on invuln saves or 4+ armour saves to any great extent it would be good to give them to your Justicars.
Ah, and yes it only applies to the Justicar and not the entire squad, as nice as that would be.
yeah the psybolt is worthit when u're versing daemons cause most daemons have invulneradle saves so if u take that away it should take em out faster.

I found them to be delightfully fun against my friends harlequin army... hehe... he didn't like that, didn't much like my incinerators and psycannons either... Actually he was downright *****ed when he got into it with my termies... and he thought he'd just "waltz" right through me like he's done to so many other Imperial armies.
Edit: didn't know *****ed was censored lol
