Hey. I had just got the Captian Lysander model and from looking at his speacial rules (got another new Codex, old one stolen awhile ago :shifty and I can see why he's so cool. Allowing him and all of the terminators in your army to deepstrike in one turn is awsome. But... the problem is that I have actually heard that its also a good idea to get him and (7x) other terminators in a L.R.C., because they will be able to assult out of it right off the bat and will most likely be able to deploy against the enemy forces in there lines. Though, I love terminators, I cringe at there price , point wise, and I think this idea would be ok if you wanted a more flexable army then just pure terminators. Are the guys wrong about this idea or can this work out? I would really appreciate your help.
Well yah you could put him or any unit of termies in LRC but really that kind of defeats the purpose of his special ability. Now I could see putting in some assault termies to the LRC but really if you have the normal variety just teleport. With teleport homers those termies become little "I kill you" groups of death. Also, no one said you had to max out on termies when using him but it is fun.
