My main concern is that you have a serious lack of anti-tank firepower - it's concentrated in the annihilator (overkill) and the attack bike.
I'd suggest giving the tactical marines either a lascannon or a missile launcher (and a plasma gun if you can find the points), at the moment they're standing around not really achieving much.
To do that I'd recommend swapping the sponson lascannons on the predator for heavy bolters. It keeps the tank flexible in its role, and also means it can fire at full effect on the move. That gets you one lascannon in a tactical squad.
Next, I'd dump the HK missile on the rhino. It's a one-hit wonder and a fairly average one at that. Considering it is delivering a combat squad, you'll be moving at full speed and won't be able to fire it. That gets you a lascannon in the other tactical squad.
Other than that, you seem to have a pretty good list.
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone

More replies will be !GREAT!
I would have said an all lascannon pred, an assault cannon, an attack bike and a hunter killer missile would be fine for a 1k point army. You will only ever see 3-4 vehicles max and eldar will be the only ones that won't come down.
The tactical squads should get a special and/or heavy weapon. Plasma gun/missile launcher is good.
But that looks like a good starting list.

If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
I'm a big fan of heavy weapons in tactical squads - handy for killing armour and tricky to knock out. I usually keep the squads small to avoid wasting points on bolters that won't get much action at long range. However, this leaves them vulnerable in close combat, so I try and balance this with a close combat command squad with furious charge.
Other than that, it looks pretty good to me. Don't underestimate the Predator Destructor - it may not have the strength of the Annihilator but it makes a real mess of infantry (even if it doesn't always ignore saves).
i love the destructor tyranids and orks make fudgies because of it. lol
