I recently picked up a copy of the IG Codex and after briefly scanning it over I have a question...
The Doctrine "Jungle Fighters" that lets Troops see and shoot through forests, and move at max speed through forests, sounds like it'd be a particularly awesome skill (so long as there's lots of woods on the table...). I imagine sitting a squad or two on one side of a 10" wide forest, and the enemy on the other, you'd do a great deal of damage, being able to get atleast two turns of shooting at them before they can get to you. Anyway, is it infact a good skill? It interests me a lot because I'm very interested in a guerilla type of non-conventional "insurgency" force... also, I prefer Guard instead of Catachan because I'd still want to use light vehicles like Chimera and Salamander.
