What do you think of this for a command squad to base a deathwing army around? I thought this up trying to maximize the number of attacks coming from a terminator unit, but still make it survive getting to the enemy.

5 termis all with LC, standard bearer
put them into a LRC.
Those termis are 25 LC attacks base, and 31 on the charge. Match that up with the fire power and armor of the LRC and I think it can be nasty. Drive it up a flank and let the fun begin.
Make the rest of the army AC toting termi squads, where some deathwing assault in to fire at the enemy. Maybe a couple of dreads with lascannons and missle launchers to top it off.
Don't forget the bonus for the Deathwing Banner.
Its a proven fact that Assault Terminators are very burly, and nigh unstoppable in CC. That many attacks is just absolutely burly.
Add in an Interrogator Chaplain for extra Choppiness. Re-roll hits and wounds (for the LC's anyway )
They sure look nasty, but what happens when they run into something like a DP. I would definitely include at least 2 Th/SS termies or even 2 PF/SB to help with big nasties. Also, why not tack on a cyclone missile launcher on top of a LC termies for kicks. And, while your spending 600+ points for a unit, add on a termie Chaplain to let you re-roll your Attacks

Oh I thought of the CML as well, and if the points allowed would throw it on for good measure. I like the chaplain idea, could be a consideration for a 1850 or 2000 point list for sure. hmmmm
As for big tough things like a DP, umm I just won't assault those. Swapping to SB/PF or TH/SS reduces that model by one attack. The key is the LC give a termi +1 attack to be at 3, and then the banner gets them up to 4 each. And besides, I play chaos, and make some really nastly khorne demon princes. If I have to roll 10 invulnerable saves(31 attacks-1/3=20 hits-1/2=10wounds(rerolls)), I'm going to loose a few wounds if not die. This is with out the LRC shooting a TL assault cannon, multimelta and 2 huricane bolter sponces.
