Where can I get the list and details for the White Scars? I've looked all over the GW site and can't find anything except a picture and something about bikes and everyone else being afraid of them, yah, yah, yah.
Is there a list in the main SM book, cause I don't remember one.
their list is defined by the base space marine codex with specific traits under the current system. I believe they used to have their own separate set of rules which were alot more competitive than the current ones.
Games Workshop is the Wal-Mart of hobby products, except for the low prices. The lack of respect and profit mongering is there in spades.
Yes, in the back of the SM codex near the traits, they list some of the known chapters and what traits to use to make an army of that chapter. Among the ones listed there are White Scars and Ravenguard. For the White Scars I believe they use "swift as the wind" and maybe one other trait. Not sure about disads though.
Age is a state of mind, and since I have no mind, I don't age.

Another optoin you have now would be to use the Ravenwing list and paint it up as White scars. This may not be perfect but I think that the Ravenwing list is alot more competitive than the rules in the back of the SM Codex.
<(^^)> <(^^<) (>^^)> ^(^^)^ Dance Kirby! Dance!
Up at the top of the space marines section in GW USA website, they have fluff for white scars and a bunch of others.
Turtles For the Turtle God!
Shells For the Shell Throne!
There is extensive fluff in the old Chapter approved on whitescars
Everything you have been told is a lie!
I was asking around and a couple of friends of mine said (RUMOR) that they might release updated rules for some of the chapters in the White Dwarf mag like they are doing with the Blood Angels next month. That could make thing cool.
Thanks for the replies.
Check out the first Index Astartes book, there's an entire section dedicated to the origins, doctrines, backstory, organization and what not for the White Scars.
Also, check out wikipedia, there's a page dedicated to the White Scars.
