Power Fists - Where do I get them?

I have read a lot of posts that say something like "every veteran sergeant needs a powerfist!"

After analysis, I agree. But where do I get a bunch of them? The only place I've seen them is in the veterans boxed set.

    Am I missing something?

Just search for power fist on their site. There's probably a few other bits ordering sites online.

Every commander, tactical, assault and devastator squad comes with one power fist on the accessory sprue.

Some of the sprues, I think its the devestator, give left-handed powerfists, others give right. I know this because I had to hunt down for one to kit-bash into a lightning claw for my commander.

that is incorrect, tactical squads do not have a powerfist in their sprue. only the commander, assault squad, veteran squad, and devestator squad (why?) have power fists in their sprue.

Ah yes, I've managed to give my tactical sergeants power fists from a variety of sources, while keeping the units I've taken them from supplied with fist-related goodness.

    Creative accounting has its downsides...

Buy enough stuff and you'll run out of the need for sergeants long before you run out of powerfists.

At most you'll need around 8 power fisted sergeants and 3 power-fisted assault marines.

If you put power fists on your devvie sgts, that goes up to about 11 and 3.

    Thats 'only' about 11 (14).

And given that few people field 6 tactical squads -and- 3 devestator squads -and- 3 assault marines squads -and- 3 veteran squads - and- you get my point, you don't really need too terrible many of them.
