Are ally rules located in the main rule book? If so i will go back and read them but i have been looking for them and I cannot find them anywhere=( I am asking because i used to use eversor assasin in 3rd edition.
Which one should i buy to find out how to incorporate assasins?
either way you need your core SM army to be at least HQ and 2 Troop, and then to use an assasin you need to waste your additional HQ on (BUMBUMBUM) the inquisitor lord (did I spell it right?) and can only have one group of assasins (I no I couldn't of spelt that right)
so allied DH/WH with assasins is kinda weird (no Termy chappy and Jumppack chappie in different squads for you!)
Create flames for a galaxy and it will be warm. Put a galaxy in flames and it will be warm for the rest of it's existence.
Hey Champion! Welcome to LO!
Both the Hunters Books have the Ally rules on the page before HQ section, about page 20 or something
HEEEEEEERE is a link about Allies, Armies, and how to go about it. Pretty simple really- If the base army is not Hunters (Witch or Daemon), you can use special rules, and just add a limited amout of Hunter stuff.
Also, like techmarine Rannon Zriker said, you need an Inquisitor before you can grab an Assassin- so there goes a HQ choice for =I= just for the Eversor. Still, I love the Eversor, he is wickedly powerful and cheap, if not a little fragile, and he can hurt anything in the game ^_^
The main thing is, are you willing to use those 2 Slots up for the =I= and Eversor just because? Depends on what the =I= does, as you don't want to waste him.
HEEEERE is a linky about 'favourite DH =I= Configurations' (I play DH, but not WH)
Hope you get something out of it
