M'kay at the bottom of left corner, there is a light green circle, and a blue circle on others. What does these mean? And what about voting for Reputaion what is that all about? Any help would be greatly apprecative. Thanks

And the little green square? I can't tell a difference if someone is on a distinguished road or an unknown quantity.

The circle just says whether you are logged on to LO or not.
I suppose clicking the reputation increases their reputation. Maybe it allows you to give them a bad reputaion also? I might click on one to see.

Green Squares = Reputation Meter (Green = Good, Blue = Neutral, Red = Bad More Squares = Further down the path)

Green Circle = Logged into LO
Blue Circle = Not Logged into LO

Normal users can click and increase a persons reputation by a small ammount (2pts)
Enhanced Users can click and increase or decrease a persons reputation a little more (4pts)
Mods can click and increase or decrease a persons reputation a little more (5pts)
Admins can click and increase or decrease a persons reputation a lot more (10pts)
