Actually, the best and cheapest way to accelerate superglue is to either breathe on it, or drip some water onto it. Superglue uses water to harden.

Personally I use a very very small bit (almost unexistant) of toilet paper, cut to the size and soaked in water, and it works quite well. If the paper is composed of several layers take only one.
I can't take the rep for the advice, though, since I read it in these very forums I can only testify it works.
