I`ve looked on the 40K section of the GW site, and they have two books for sale. One is Chapter Approved 2003-which obviously contains a load of Chapter Approved articles. Theres also the WK40K annual 2004-which the description also says contains CA articles.
Which would be the best to get? Are they something completely different or not?

The new C:A is always worth getting, some things are the same though. For instance, in this case you'll get the same extra army lists, vehicle rules (not TVR, but the exit/fire points stuff) have always been in C:A, and I think both have TAR.
I recommend buying the 2k4 version, you have the same rules for TAR and vehicle extra rules, and you get the TVR.

Don't get either. They're putting out the new edition in September, and you can probably get the clarifications off their website. The material that is in the books isn't that critical.

I still think the 2004 Annual is worth getting. Its still a couple months till the new rules come out but you still have updates on the codex's, FAQ, alternate army lists, and alot of other items. Its a good book to use.

In my opinion if you buy every White Dwarf then don't buy any of those..... everything in them came out before in WD....
