Hey guys,

I'd like your pitch on an empire army list for 2k games.

What I'd like: use a steam tank, an arch lector as general, and be balanced against any and all opposing armies (so, good magic defenses, good shooting defenses, being able to counteract massive skirmishers or few elite heavily armored units, etc.)

EDIT: It should also not be a gun line or something too uber like an arch lector on war altar WITH a steam tank to boot...

Please excuse the extreme delay in getting you this list... I'm working far too hard at the moment and intend to spend the entirety of this weekend sleeping.

It's also only 2/3 parts so far. The Black Numenorean Warriors provide a solid anvil alsmot worthy of Elves (with spears and 2-h weapons for more attacks and more chances to wound). The Easterlings are rather hard-hitting cavalry. The Castellan is pretty good too, with a Morgul Blade to scare Good Heroes.

1000 points up hopefully on Monday (once I've woken up).

1k Eldar Army
Very Balanced, but the twist is im looking for a sneaky darker type army. Planned on painting the army darker colors to match my dice, so I wanted the army to match the paint style.

To make up for your lack of speed, I made sure your Sister squads had at least 11-12 Sisters in them, and I tossed in two solid squads of Seraphim to not only support St. Celestine but to also go tank hunting. I hope this list suits your needs!

must include scorpions and tomb guard and be almost tournament standards if possible

I love this! I'm looking to build a 1500 Craftworld Altansar list. Altansar is the creepy craftworld that was recently fished out of the warp by Maugan Ra, the denizens had been trapped there for thousands of years and are only barely described as sort of pale and mysterious.

So my list request would be a 1500 eldar that includes at least one wraithlord, a dark reaper team, Maugan Ra, and a single squad of storm guardians (I know they aren't optimal, but I built them as a conversion set using the new dark elf black ark corsair box, and they're so creepy looking that they just need to make the team) who can be in a wave serpent or not. Everything else is fair game, and I have just about everything. Can you help?

NOTICE: Okay everyone, things have gotten to the point in my real life where I really don't have enough time to keep up with the army builder. I just got a new job, just moved, have slow net, and a ton of other things just stacking up; so, unfortunately, I'm going to have to withdraw from this project.

The army builder itself may not be disappearing, but this does mean I won't be around to update the queue on the first page, so if anyone (my fellow builders or other members) would like to take on the project, feel free to use the template post from the first post and go with a new thread.
