I am reopening the army builder in about 2-3 weeks in which i will try to clear the 40k ones and get the others done somehow
the thread is in the general department but please dont request lists of yet

umm... I don't see a problem with this thread. Moving it would just be hassle. All of the requests are here, all of the permalinks take people here, and it's been around longer than what the original had been.
What's the point of transferring?

Okay, here's that 2K list, complete with Arch Lector and Tank. I'm pretty confident in this one, as it's quite a nasty surprise for the enemy...

5 Knights w/ Standard Bearer, Banner of the Daemon Slayer (Arch Lector goes here)

Rare:

Total: 2,000/2,000

This army is either all stubborn, unbreakable, or doesn't cause panic. The knights of course aren't any of these, but the Arch Lector can use a Prayer to make them Stubborn. The huge Sword units give you some massive detachments that are practically full units on their own. So, you will either get a great flank and stand-and-shoot, or you will get a nice charge on their own. Of course, the Knights are purely flankers, and I'd use the tank on the flanks too. Assign one each to the Flagellants and you have Fear/Terror-causing Unbreakables.

1500 point Rushing overwhelming tyranid Army with the ability to have some shooting firepower if necessary.
