After the huge success of the original Librarium Online Army Builder, with great pleasure I present to you the LO Army Builder Mk. II. The older thread had gotten very busy and backlogged, so with this we builders hope to be able to stay with the demand to the best of our ability.

We are now looking for another army builder to help me work on army lists for Warhammer 40k, if you're interested please send me a PM with your contact info (some form of instant messenger is preferable) and what codices you own/are experienced with.

NOTE: Lost Nemesis is no longer building for the team due to real life busyness, nor is the queue being updated. Request a list at your own risk! (Not really risk, but it may not get done!)

Please Read Before Posting (Original writeup by Phoenix)
As much as possible we would like to run this army builder and be closely associated with LO Chat. Hence when a list is requested, we would very much appreciate it if you could make yourself present in the Chatroom occasionally, so we can get to know a little more about you, and ask any questions easily and quickly if they arise.

There are two methods you may use to request a list. The first is by coming into the LO Chatroom, where hopefully one of us will be present. Then in PM, we can go through and build a list alongside you, giving tactics and advice as we go.

Alternatively, you may post in this thread! We would be grateful if you could also provide the following guidelines for us when posting your request in this thread:

1. Game system and army (e.g. 40k IG, FB Lizardmen, etc.)
2. Point level
3. Army compositional desires (e.g. themed, no tanks, must have X unit, magic heavy, etc.)
4. Any other requests

- Please post all requests and details in this thread, or if you must then requests may be sent via PM; please send all PMs to one of our builders. Include a request for a specific builder if you have a preference.

- Lists will be posted in this thread as well as sent to the requester via PM. So, keep an eye out for your list after requesting!

If you wish, you may request one of the team of builders to make your list for you, and we will do our best to stick to these requests. If no specific request is made then the list will be assigned to the person deemed most capable and/or willing at the time.

If you wish to have your list commented on upon completion, feel free to post it in the relevant army section. Feedback within this thread will just make it more complicated to work with. We will be keeping an eye out for any of the lists we make appearing, and we will be able to use the feedback to help with lists in the future.

Please do not be shy to ask for a list. There are no beginner questions, there are no silly requests.

If anyone has any issues with us designing lists, please do not post. This has been discussed previously. Posts which do not contribute constructively will be deleted. This is a thread for helping people, so if you have a problem please PM us rather than post.

Welcome to the Revival of the Army builder! I will be taking your Fantasy requests

Well, I may as well take advantage of the new army list builder.
I am looking for two armies.
Both are Fantasy Vampire Counts
Both are 2000 points

For the first one, I would like an army that mixes magic with monstrous creatures (though no dragon). The theme is that the Lord uses a mix of technology and necromancy to create his army. Two monstorus creatures at least, three preferably if it can reasonably be done.

The second one I want a more Strigoish feel. Lots of ghouls. Also, I want a Vampire Lord with the Accursed Armor and Forbidden Lore (Beasts) [T7 Vampire Lord!] and whatever magic items/ powers fit.

Your first list.

A list mixing monsters and magic was a bit tough, but I hope you like it. The idea is to have the solid skeletons and zombies shuffling about, supported by the Necromancer on the Corpse Cart, and the Lord raising more Zombies. As they get into combat, support them with the Spirit Host and use the Vampires to break the attackers. Hope you enjoy it.

Could I request 500 and 1000 point lists for orks? I would like to have it a bit on the slogging side, with one killa kan in each army (fluff). lead by a warboss. 1000 points should add some speed, with some rokkit buggies.

Yea, i made this request in the last army builder thread, but i neer got a response. So I'm placing my request here, could soem please build me a 1500 point eldar army using scropions, fire dragons and a fire prism. I want it to be ulthwe as far as fluff.
