What new 40k army would you like introduce?

For 40K I'd like to se the indroduction of the Demiurg from Gothic.

For Fantasy, I would like to see a return of Cathay, Nippon and Ind.

I'd like them to release Codex Heroes of The Imperium
Inquisitors, Assassins, Grey Knights, Sisters of Battle, Deathwatch, Rouge Traders, Priests, Missionaries.
Or else brak it into Codex Grey Knights, Codex Sisters of Battle, Codex Heroes of the Imperium. Heroes would be units that can be added to Imperial Armies for flavour. Deathwatch work in Kill Teams or on solo Missions, they shouldn't be used as an army by themselves. The same could be said about grey Knights but I guess they do mass together for major daemonic incursions.

Its unlikely they will introduce a new race for a long time. They need to get all the other races up to speed first, and it will be hard to fit them into the fluff. They could be another empire in the eastern fringe(Tau and Kroot), come form another galaxy (Tyranids) or another dimension(Daemons), or they are really sneaky (Hrud)

It was written in an issue of White Dwarf a while back (not sure which issue) that Alien Hunters would see their own codex, but that was well over 2-3 years ago, and nothing has been said or seen since.

The gungans were an offence to Star Wars and (besides the fact that they are totally crap) Jar Jar Binks is one of the main reasons that I will never watch the new three again.

So yes - I would love to dish out pain to those clumsy, floppy-eared goons! *fantasises about seeing Jar Jar crushed beneath the tracks of a Baneblade*

I'd like to see a new alien faction, like the alien species that appears on the Horus Rising book the kinebrach with their interex allies (obviously not aligned with the imperium). But I agree that the other codecii (sp?) should be brought up to date before that.

BTW, Jar Jar should be captured by the Dark Eldar, Urien Rakarth, for example. Only then would he pay enough for his existance.

Why squats? Why space dwarves? What made them so cool or fun to play. Mant people lament their loss. Why?

I have only been around 40k for about a year so I know very little about squats. They seem like space dwarves to me.

I say bring in another race that is different that what we have read about or seen in books/novels. Something new, like the tau were when they showed up.

If I had my choice, then I would like to see Zoats making a come back.
I saw a thing on the G.W website that had a guide on how to make some.
It looks really expensive tho!!

It might be interesting to see an entire army that is completely the size or larger than terminators, and with a near or equal level of technology as the Imperial Guard.

Sort of like an all Ogryn army but different.
