    Aftermarket range ruler

    Hello all,
Anyone know of an aftermarket range ruler maker? (in inches, and not a measuring tape) I haven't played any tabletop games in many years, and the red GW sticks that I had were quite fragile.

    Thanks!

Staples will have plenty of things like that just cut a plastic ruler where you need it to be.I believe that they might even have long rulers if you need something with a bit more range. I don't think you can buy the red rulers unless you found someone who didn't want them out of the demo game box.

I know thewarstore.com carries the multi range ruler from gale force9

    it's got a 6 inch side(movement
    a 4'' side (vehicle coherency)
    a 2'' side (unti coherency)
and some wierdround part (maybe the handle)
it looks like a huge mutated triangle/protractor

also look into other websites that deal with mini gaming, lots of places that sell mini gaming accessories ( markers, counters, bases etc) carry measuring machines

    Sho: out.

I've got one of these, and I'm quite fond of it - it's a great little piece of gear. (also has a 1" side and the 6" is marked out like a ruler, FYI)

Obviously, you'll still need a tape measure or similar for measuring longer distances (Measuring Lascannon range 6 inches at a time just doesn't work well...), but for pretty much everything 12 inches and in, it's just about the only ruler you'll ever need. It's a nice, thick chunk of blue plexiglass so it'll be a really hard one to damage, even if you're trying - very sturdy little thing.
