I would like a 2000pt. Eldar Harlequin list.
My only constraint is that there must be maxed out numbers of Harlequins (so 30 I think) that are fully upgraded.

1500 pts would be great and a tip or two on raising it...

I would be highly interested in using a "mechanised" list, meaning squads with vehicles and fast attack options. Swift hit if you know what I mean...
