I'd be interested to know if there have been any reports of zombie (or something similar) infections etc. Post all you know!
Plague of Unbelief involved a major Zombie uprising i believe.
Nurgle creates plague Zombies when the mood takes him.
the rules for Zombies were in the Lost and the Damned Army List.

Well, in recent years the UK has been overrun by a collection of creatures known as 'Chavs' and from what I've been able to tell, they're just a slightly different breed of zombie that drinks Stella instead of eating brains.
Thou shalt remember:
Warhammer Fantasy armies do NOT have Codices. They have Army Books.

In False Gods at the planet that Horus got wounded on (name evades me) I believe they were besieged by Zombies.
The commander there was corrupted by nurgle though... Definatel connection there

"757.M41: First recorded incidence of the Zombie Plague occurs on Hydra Minoris. Quarantine is imposed, trapping 23 billion uninfected Imperial citizens alongside a rising tide of the undead".
Yep, zombies do exist...

Typhus makes his career going around and Zombie-fying stuff. I had a Nurgle Plague Zombie army for EoT, won me the overall game and helped Chaos achieve their very small victory of the EoT.
They were a good force, S&P but tough as nails, and could swarm very well. Those new plastic Cadians that came out at that time looked pretty, but died fast. It was fun to have Typhus in the mix as well, just to mess around.
But then Chaos became bland and I moved on to other things.
I ran into a flock of zombies once. Nothing four hellhounds, a demolisher, two chimeras and a squad of stormtroopers couldn't handle. (Well,t he stormtroopers couldn't handle it, but I think that was because of the zombie lord guy with 'em.)(By the way, apocalypse to explain the hellhounds)

I just wanted to know since I wanted to do an IG army who have fought zombies and specialize in that. Go check it out in the fluff section if you like (93rd. mechanized infantry)
