how long does a back order usually take?--- around 23rd of april I was told that my medusa siege gun with trojan and grenadier squad was on backorder-- they went ahead and sent the rest of the order and charged me for it.
does this mean they wont send the rest of what I ordered?
should I expect a wait of several months? or just a few more weeks?
anyone know how long usually back orders take to fill especially for grens and medusa siege gun?
thanks for the help.
They will send the stuff to you, this looks like an outsourced job, so potnetially there is a batch of GW models that are due to made in a third party factory hopefully not too long from now. Contact the Forge World CS and explain the situation, otherwise request to cancel the back-ordered parts if you can get them off e-bay or similar...

forgeworld products always sell for over list price on ebay
1 unit of krieg at ease or firing is 68 dollas on ebay on average but the actual conversion is 55 usd
To the OP: If you've paid for it, you have a moral right, maybe even a legal right to know when it will arrive. I'd hound customer service until you get an answer.
thats the thing; they only charged me for what they have sent, yet they said on customer service that the email is as good as contract---
they didnt charge me so IM not hounding; I just really want to get that siege gun, and grenadiers squad
called customer service and he stated they are simply on back order and they will charge me when they ship.
