A daunting task, considering theres billions of pictures on the internet, but its such an example that someone might have it somewhere. I've already gone through my browser history and I can't find it and in my alcohol fuelled wisdom I didn't save of BM the page it was on.
So to the matter at hand, it was an Eldar tank, a Falcon iirc. Now heres the really descriptive bit.
It was covered in multiple murals of varying sizes of sort of runic faces - very reminescent of Mycenaean death masks. The best I can recall them being of varying greys and golds and appearing as though they were made up of blocks.
In my fuzzyness I regrettably lost the image, but hopefully someone here might have seen it. Hope springs eternal.
Sir, you are a legend. That is indeed the picture I am looking for, though I saw it from a different angle.
Thank you very much.
No worries! I couldn't find any other pictures of it, but if you want to have a look, I put the following in to google to find the above picture:
"Eldar" + "Falcon" + "Face"
Glad I could help!
EDIT: The model is named 'Falcon', and was painted by Jakub Dunikowski for the Polish Golden Daemon Awards, link: here
EDIT EDIT: I've found an Avatar size picture of it:
