I know this topic was locked but I wanted to throw my hat into the ring concerning powergaming and fluffing. It's all in your head!
If you are so concerned about facing a powergamer with your fluffy army then fluff the whole combat! Just pretend that your normal average fluffy army stumbled across an assembly field where your greatest foe was begining to assemble an army to launch a major sector assault on your homeworlds or something and this scenario falls into place. He has only gotten a group of his Uber-Elites together and you are all that stands between them and the anihilation of your people. Use your imagination! It's why you play fluffy anyway! This is a classic historical match-up any way and if you think about it these are the games you should be salivating over! To quote the movie the Last Starfighter, "I have always wanted to fight a desperate battle against incredible odds!!"
If you ever felt this way these matchups are your chance! One little history lesson: The 300 Spartans didn't complain because the Persian army was cheesy! they just did their job!
Yes, but the Spartans had to choose between running and letting thousands of their kin die, or just fighting it out.
Now, do not do this again. If they're in a good mood, the Mods MIGHT only temporarily ban you. And you've lost the argument already. Let it fall.
If a tree falls in the forest, and it lands on a mime, does anyone care?
Post reported, warn for Uberloz. Hopefully Proto will come along and give this thread what it deserves -- he closed the last one for a reason.
Now, kiddies, repeat after me:
"I shall not be a spamming wanker and reopen closed discussions; and by doing so I sign away all rights to be insulted when called a *****wit."
"It fits like clothes made out of wasps!"
