    Best carrying Case for WH40K

i will be heading off to college this august and i need a way to reliably transport about 1500 pts of blood angels (or eldar) so they won't get smashed on the way. what would be the best carrying case/foam trays that i could get, preferably the lowest cost without sacrificing too much quality.

Check out Battlefoam V2 You basically tell them your army and they customize foam trays for it, fitting even your most complex vehicles perfectly...all for the same price/cheap than GW's foam trays. They do sell carrying bags for them which seem like a good deal too for the quality

Countless people on LO will recommend the KR Multicase.

I've yet to get my Multicase, but that's purely because I don't want to spend money just before I go on holiday - they're very good for customising to exactly what you need though.

    Agreed. KR Multicase are fantastic.

You may however want to search for a similar topic, as this is discussed weekly on the boards in some form or another...

I am to shopping around for a new carry case for all my glourius and half painted armies. I have been looking at KR and http://www.figuresincomfort.net/cata...ea273e6074b880 both come highly recommended which is making it tough to decide KR are holding a nice deal with a few of the cases get a few cardbored box with buying certain types of cases.

I am stuck between Figures in Comfort - The Beast figure case
    and The Black Kaiser 4

But good luck in deciding your choice to xhivetyrantx

Ive also got a Feldherr case that is very good, nice and light and fairly cheap but also could pass for a laptop bag or something if you want something less obtrusive.

Definitely the KR Multicase. Well, actually, I use a Double Size KR Multicase, but it's the same thing really. They're fantastic.

I'm sure I reply to one of these threads every few weeks. Anyway, check out a company called Peli. They make hardened waterproof and shockproof cases for cameras and guns. Not cheap but they last forever. Also the foam they use doesn't perish, so no finding black tar on your minatures that've been hidden away for a while.

If you're heading to college now, your dad might be the right age to have a tough leather briefcase lieing around... That was the case with me (pun intended); this thing is tougher than any of the low-grade glue-gunned cases these companies are selling for $50-100. It's like a rock, looks classy, and all I had to do was go to my LGS and get foam inserts ($6 a pop, 3 of em fit my army).

Also heard of people buying gun cases from walmart for 9.99 and filling them with gaming store foam; another cheap alternative

    Just a thought.
