Would FolkArt acrylic paint work well on miniatures...? I'd be willing to try it as a test, but I wanted to ask first if anyone already tried it.
I accidentally stumbled into the garage when I went to grab my duplicolor...and voila, there is some FolkArt on the ground .
I used craft paints for several years. It really depends on what your expectations are. The short answer is yes, they will work. But, don't plan on winning any painting awards with them. If your goal is to get your army up to minimum standards, they do just fine. If you are used to using other paints like reaper, valejo, or GW paints you might be a little disappointed with its performance. Usually, craft paints will be a little thicker and will cover over much of the detail of a model.
Hope this helps.
Oh alright, thanks for the reply.
