It will take a while, try imagening bf1942 with cruisers, vultures, thunderhawks, pylons, monoliths, thunderbolts, etc.
I looooooove the leman russ movie.

The only question I have is, why necrons? Wouldn't say, chaos, be a LOT easier. (as it is basically marines in different colours)

I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel allright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace, and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.

If you read the guestbook on the site, they have already had this discussion and they came out with, IIRC, two reasons not too:
    1) They are too similar to Marines to make the game particularly interesting.
    2) Imagine a computer trying to draw all the tiny little skulls on all of the Space Marines. Now imagine that load doubled and doubled again, because CSM have twice as much incidental detail. It would slow the game down too much.
