    Paint problem

So.... um...... I rather stupidly put my paint brush on my window sill next to my curtains and it ...... sorta rolled over and left a lovely line of Red Gore down a cream curtain.....

Yes I'm an idiot and I know it most likely wont come out but any suggestions of products that might help would be most apreciated.

Me thought most GW paints were water based, and that a simple wash might do the trick...

If it was still wet, I'd be sponging it with a wet cloth or something. Now that it sounds like it's dry, you might be able to scratch a fair bit of it off, and then give it a bit of a wash with some dedicated scrubbing of the affected area.

Other solutions may be rubbing some bicarbonate soda onto the stain, then dousing liberally with vinegar - this seems to be the default method for cleaning a bunch of stuff.

    Good luck!
