About the grenade thing: Most human grenades in WH40k have pins. Marneus probably just rips it out with his teeth.

About the toilet thing: I don't even want to think about it.

About the hair thing: I was under the impression that most SMs are bald, so maybe Marney just bought a new wig.

And who exactly would be the one ordering him to hold his fire? Hes the chapter master, the head hancho. He is the one who gives the orders.

i really like the way m calgar is drawn , hes in a really big scale so he looks really important . the new style of marines are pretty cool , if you got the recent white dwarf there are some real pics of the new marines , they look way better than the older ones . ther painted in metalic blue and gold trims . it looks alot better than the old blue and yellow .

I agree with mojo, I was at a GW store the other day and they had some Ultra's painted in the new scheme and it looks awesome. But something makes me wonder: It used to be that even tho yellow was the most common trim for Ultras it was the color of the second company and the other companies had different trim colors according to the codex. So does this mean that all ultramarine companies now have gold trim or just the 2nd company?

Those guys around marneus look cool, probably some kind of veteran squad bodyguard in the same vein as chosen, looking at how hard they look and their range of weapons, that opens up alot of options for the new marines.
