I personally bought a bunch of Chaos figures from these fellows about 9 months ago or so and they were top notch. Good prices and they not only have a ton of GW stuff, but nearly every other figure manufacturer, too. I just went to their site to grab the link and they seem to be having the same sort of free shipping deal that I used - $75 for free shipping, or something like that.

Well I'm not sure about GW products on the website (most websites can't have online shopping carts or pics for GW products) but TheWarStore.com Home Page is the first place I look for anything. Most of the stuff there always has a price cut (warmachine can be 5 to 10 dollars cheaper) and the shipping is fast.
thanks for post
I'm going to second Typhus' post. TheWarStore is my go-to store for GW products. They have the entire range for 20% off, a flat $5.95 shipping cost no matter how much you order, and really friendly customer service. They follow GW's online store policy which says that stores other than GW can't have online shopping carts, which gives them points in my book. The only inconvenience that presents is that you have to either email or call in your order, both of which are very easy and they have simple instructions for on their site. 5/5, highly recommended.
try chapterhouse studios, or scibor - google them.
From a UK perspective:
Wayland are cheap- I've used them a few times and have no complaints- it can take a little while to get your stuff but that doesn't bother me really.
Maelstrom games are also very good.

Wayland, Maelstrom, Gifts For Geeks and Wargamersworld.
My favorite is Wayland, with Maelstrom being a back up store really. Wargamersworld is a new store which is still stocking things, so I'm not sure about their quality yet, and Gifts For Geeks now sell magnets
