Hey guys I don't know how much expertise you guys have on assembling warmachine figures but the eHaley model is especially weird. She is the one with the weird swirly thing. Also the swirly thing has some stain type marks on them. The store where I bought it never sells em so they were kinda dusty and I was wondering if there was a way to remove it or if it is just natural for metal models to occasionally get marks if they aren't bought. Thanks
Hey I hate to post again, but I have another questions. How many pieces is eHaley supposed to come with? I only have the main body and the swirly thing and I am pretty sure I am missing an arm. Would I be able to call PP to get a replacement?
Hm, I don't know that much about eHaley specifically... Her arm might be attached to her staff, though, so it might not be missing (one of her arms is meant to be all mechanical and such owing to a slight disagreement with her sister, so it might not look exactly like a normal arm...)
The 'dust' on the model could be the moulding residue. This is pretty common on Privateer Press models, from what I've seen, but a good wash in some warm soapy water and a little scrubbing with an old toothbrush should clear it away.
Thanks for responding. I have already determined I am missing the arm and I sent a missing parts email to PP. I also figured out how to assemble the parts I do have. The residue mostly came off, I think it was from being on the shelf for so long, the box was almost completely covered in dust
