What do you think is the hardest/easiest model to assemble?
The model can be either 40k or WFB. Plastic or Metal. The model dosent neccesarily have to have many pieces, just the most difficult for you to assemble/maintain.
For me, the hardest is hard to choose from. I havent assembled to many models, but i found the deciever annoying from necrons. That stupid ribbions that criss-cross him come unassembled, and positioning that silly little piece of ribbon takes alot of patience, as you have to bend the metal to fit.
I also found the Heavy Destroyers/Flayed ones 'hard', mainly because their claws/heavy gauss cannon dont seem to fit in easy and you have to lean he models to assemble them.
The easiest are probably the warriors. Simple, easy and quick to make.
I almost threw a fit trying to assemble the new White Lions and Phoenix Guard for High Elves, you are more or less forced to assemble each model individually...
The easiest I have tried are probably Island of Blood Swordmasters
5000p. High Elves

The WH exorcist kits have a lot of quite heavy metal hanging off a plastic frame and the components are pretty much universally misshapen - hammer and hope misshapen.
At the other end of the scale, the basic rhino chassis underneath is effortless to assemble.

I had no fun at all assembling an Empire Engineer on Mechanical Horse. Which was sad as I was building it as a fun project for secret santa, and ended up throwing it back in the box and buying something else to send instead (which isn't send yet, but I have almost finished painting it 18 months later...)
+1 for plastic SM's... don't get much easier than the AoBR boys
Hardest for me so far has been Kroot warriors... dang small limbs made me insane. Wanted forceps to assemble them. Shadowsun was tough too, but only because the glue did not want to hold.
I have heard horror stories of the SM Thunderfire Cannon... assembly is supposedly a nightmare... but I have yet to try for myself.
Easiest: Any of the starter kit models probably
Herdest: Well... The hardest model I've built in Warhammer must have been the varghulf I think.... Or the metal wraiths... Damn scythes dont stick!!
The hardest model I've ever assembled is the Warpwolf (HORDES). Though, once I got the hang of pinning stuff, it was quite easy

I don't usually have trouble with metal... wash the pieces in dish soap and use super glue... but occasionally a pin is needed if the pieces are heavy. I have heard the trouble with the TC is that the pieces don't mesh up properly?
