I've was just checking the orcs 40k section on the GW site and when i got at the killa kans i scrolled downwards and their was a little sentence:
The Ork Killa Kans boxed set is not suitable for customers under 14 years of age.
wth can someone explain me why this product is not suitable for players under 14 years and for example a trygon is. Are they just scared young players will eat killa kans for some weird reason cause i can't think of any other.

Unless you yourself are 13 years old and don't have an older relative to help you build it then does this really matter? GW putting up some health and safety every now and them is hardly rant worthy.

hmm, yeah you're right about that. I think i have to change the title of the thread then. But what i wonder is why this particular product has this restrictions or is it just some kind of loophole so they can sell the other products as normal.
It will be because the parts are sharp most likely. It sounds silly but I did once cut my hand open on a killa kan's buzzsaw so it can be done! I highly doubt that GW really care about it, but it will be a government regulation that any sharp objects have an age warning on them or something. I also highly doubt that a member of GW will avoid selling Killa Kan's to a child under 14, mostly because they just wont remember.

all filthy xenos should come with a warning...a warning from the Emperor

I know from experience that Killa Kans are quite spiky in some areas, especially their weapons. It's just H&S regulations that GW have to abide by. It says on there that you shouldn't even start the hobby until you're 12, and I can see why. Just get the Kans from eBay or something if you are intelligent enough to run your finger hard across the sharp bits of a buzz saw then you'll be smart enough not to hurt yourself with that kit.
