So I recently ordered an item from Wayland games; I've waited beyond 10 days with no reply. It's bee stated clearly on the website the order in question will take 1-5 days to deliver if in stock, 3-9 if not in stock.
I live in the UK, I am not that far away from the company mile wise. Hell, my friend managed to go away to Turkey for a week and back in the time I've waited for this package so far.
Anyway; I tried to send an E-Mail but all I get is continuous registration screens. I also do not see a contact number. If anyone has an email address or a number I could ring It'd be appreciated.

They keep saying on facebook and stuff that they're pretty swamped lately and we'll have to be patient. I have ordered something myself something like 2 weeks ago but I think I won't bug them sooner than another couple weeks. Also see their note about shipping on the homepage.

Wayland is not only dealing with their largest volume of orders ever (in the lead-up to the GW international embargo on 31 May), but also setting up an entirely new aspect of their business (a workaround that allows them to sell GW products outside the EU). There are going to be some significant delays. However, I'm sure that fulfilling their current orders is a high priority for them.
