As an Eldar player, you will note the overabundance of flying bases I need. Well, when I was a newbie, Me and flying bases didnt do so hot together. Or in plain old english, I broke all of them except for 2. Does anyone know if Games Workshop sells Flying Bases seperatly, or if there is an effective way to create new ones?

Yes they sell bags of both sizes of flying bases separately. Also, drill out the mounting hole a bit larger so the model slides down onto the shaft instead of being supported by the little pin. It gives it a thicker support. Also you don't have to glue it on. You can slide it on the stem for the game, and take it off for transport.

Yep, not gluing helps a lot.

what works well, if you feel the need to glue, is to cut off that little tip off the top of the stand, widen the hole in the model, and then just glue it. it is stronger that way
