I have noticed on the forum, that some ppl when making a 2000 point army, end up with 1 or 2 points more. So a 2000 point army is in reality a 2002 point army.
Is this the norm, is it ok?
The group that i play in (just me and 3 friends) allways make armies that are exactly on the spot, or a couple of points below the agreed limit.
It would be nice to know, if other players take more loosely on the points, and are that just houserules, or is it possible to do this in tourneys as well?
In tourneys going over the pointlimit is forbidden.
When it comes to playing with friends, we let eachother go over the limit sometimes. Not much though.
if you do go over (except in tournament) its polite to offer that your opponent can go over by the same amount - people can usually do with 10 more points
