I play warhammer 40k and i have been on and off for like 4 years now and since
a gw just recently opened near me i have decided to get back into it. i own ork
(battle force not all painted) tau (screwed them all up no hope) and just started
tyranid(just a few guants and battle for macragge). i have just found out that
warhammer fantasy is awesome lol. vampire counts are crazy because i
loovvveeee zombies i love everything about them lol. so im just need an honest
opinion, should i get into them or do you think should just buy a bot of zombies
and paint them and if i do get into them they are there you know lol. To be honest
i have never played a game before in 40k and hardly know the rules, i am a
horrible painter and need alot of guidlines lol. ne advise on what to do or ne
advice on how to keep myself occupied and give me the encouragement to paint
and learn will me appreciated. i have no friends that are into warhammer at all
even though i try to get them into it lol thanks alot appreciate it.
thanks alot for all your advice in advance!!!!
Step 1 is to read Strunk & White's guide to style as well as some basic grammatical texts.
Step 2 is to find some vet gamers to help you out with fixing up those Tau troops. There's always hope!

i say you get alot of zombies and use them for games in 40k...alot of zombies versus a small amount of tau desperatly fighting to survive is a great scenario and very easy to play, while still teaching you the rules nice and quick...as long as you have an opponant to play against
Never judge someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes...by that time they'll be a mile away, and have no shoes
the best thing for you to do would be to head on down to the games workshop on a quest for knowledge . the staff in GW are there to help , they dont mind questions , they are experts on the subject so youl probobly get better advice out of them about switching over and what the game is like .
and aswell for painting , go to a few painting classes , they are garenteed to increase your painting skills .
so my advice is to head on down to the nice chaps at good'ol GW and ask them to steer you streight ( no not like that ) .
AE-86 Twin cam corolla . a beaut !
