    im on east coast usa and i got the regular shipping. i know it takes a while but its been over a month&#33; should it take this long?

    My friend ordered a wave serpant from forge world about... I think 8 months ago, he still hasn&#39;t gotting it. I would try calling them to make sure they sent it out and such.

    You should definantly complain to them.
    They had some problems earlier with them moving into new offices but that should be over now.
    Just complain, if your lucky maybe they&#39;ll even compensate by some means...it is possible...

    Yeah, 8 months seems really extreme... I&#39;d e-mail them at about the month mark. That&#39;s a reasonable time for them to deliver it.

    Only took 3 weeks for me to get my pylon down in Australia. No way I would wait 8 months.

    if you got regular shipping as in ground shipping(well by boat) then it should take 1-3 months.
