Just wondering if anyone has ever linked the 2 worlds - my thought is that the Emperor was born before the middle ages on earth so he could be created as a reasonably powerful hero/wizard (he's not used to all his power etc so he's not as powerful as he would be in 40k).

What would be the best 'race' of the warhammer world for him to come from? Although he is human(ish) maybe it could be something to do with the old ones?

It seems like a cool idea to me (i like really big story arcs) but feel free to tell me if it's a real dumb one!

There is already a thread about this somewhere, so you may want to search for that one.

In the older editions of GW fluff the two universes were linked.
In the current editions there is no link between the two.
