I think this is in the right section, but if not, could the mods please move it.
Yesterday, i was told by a games workshop manager that it was now legal to use LOTR models in 40k and Fantasy conversions, and to play with them in store or at tournaments - apparently New Line doesn't mind anymore seeing as the films are over and done with, and that they've agreed it's Games Workshop's game, so they can do what they want with it.
I'm sure this holds weight, as it's unlikely the manager would risk having LOTR conversions in his store if New Line were still opposed to it. But if anyone knows different, please say so. Just thought i'd post this to let all members know - you can go wild with all the game systems now.
The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is that tattooed people are awesome and can kick your ass.

Now i can finally make those Ringwraith-guardsmen, how lovely. :w00t:
Warhammer Fantasy: Warriors of Chaos, High Elves
Warhammer 40k: Eldar, Space Marines, Orks
Can anyone verify this? Preferably with a link to an announcement by GW?
If so, Balrog wings, here I come...
