What's in your 'Island of Misfit Minis'?

Alright folks, time to fess up about minis that are in limbo. You know, those minis that have been sitting around unfinished for years, while a continuous stream of other minis are assembled, primed, painted and based. For whatever reasons, those minis that seemed to fall off the assembly line, destined to sit unfinished in the corner while others are brought to glorious technicolor life. To start us off, here are some that I have:

Original Thunderhammer termie that is basecoated
Old plastic Librarian that came with the " Genestealer" expansion for "Space Hulk"
10 plastic genestealer hybrids from the same " Genestealer" expansion for "Space Hulk"
    Rogue- Trader era Chaplain
    Cyclone and Flamer Terminators
    Rogue- Trader era Grey Knight
    7 RT - era beakies

    So, what have YOU got?

Marion: You're not the man I knew ten years ago.
Indiana: It's not the years, honey, it's the mileage.

2 Dark Eldar (for my wicked "Chicks from Hells" conversion line)
1 Battletech 3rd edition Unseen plastic Battlemaster
1 Batletech Warmaster (built from parts of two Unseen plastic Battlemasters)
1 Marauder-Cat (a Mad-Cat lookalike built from - you guessed - 3rd edition plastic Unseen models, mostly one particular Marauder)
1 Vultarcher (same as MarauderCat, but this one resembles a Vulture and is based primarily on an Archer)
1 scratch-built "omni" Space Marine Dreadnought (reconfigurable weapon arms and banner)
    1 scratch-built "omni" Rhino/Predator/Whirlwind (reconfigurable top plate and - possibly - sponsons)
1 franken-Marine (Space Marine Assault trooper w/o a Jump Pack, built from scrap and leftover bitz, reconstructed using Green Stuff)

Most of these have been just laying around for a year or so, nothing earlier. Most are also in fairly advanced stages, but I either don't have the time or can't get a grip of myself to complete the work.

The TH termie has been there since 1992! His problem is that he is painted using an old color scheme for my DIY chapter that I will never resume! I could always strip him, but I hate doing that.

I almost forgot about the old-style termie with AC I have, as well!

I've got a Unseen Battletech Marauder and Shadow Hawk that I'll get around to painting someday. Maybe when I actually get back into Battletech, since I don't know of anybody up here who plays.
I've got 24 Fire Warriors in various stages of painting.
2 Crisis Battlesuits semi-painted and waiting for parts.
3 Stealthsuits in various stages of painting.
A bunch of misc Tau models that are mostly just primed that are, in all honesty, probably going to hit eBay and/or Bartertown in the near future.
2 squads of Iron Warriors that need heads and shoulder pads.
Burn the land and boil the sea. You can't take the sky from me.

Member of the Canadian Clan, eh.
Mech Tau Cadre: 2000 points, needs paint and magnets.
Paladins of Avalon (SW):-1500 points, needs paint.

I've got some 'nids from around 1994. You know the gopher-headed warriors, the "huggy bear" carnifex, and their buddies. The only cool thing about that range was the stealers.
